01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Warehouses coordinate incoming goods, storage locations, handling equipment and outbound orders across changing shifts. A proposed NTABTECH solution can be assessed around a configurable registry and workflows that record identified items, custody events and location observations using suitable barcode or QR, RFID, BLE, WiFi or GPS/GSM infrastructure. Teams could use the resulting records to support receiving, put-away, stock checks, dispatch and maintenance or inspection routines. Location visibility depends on the selected technology and site infrastructure: a scan or reader event records a detection, while live or last-detected locations depend on deployment design. Every sector implementation remains proposed and subject to technical assessment; no completed NTABTECH warehouse deployment is represented here.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Receiving and put-away

Register incoming pallets, tools or equipment against configurable identifiers and record barcode or QR scans, or RFID reads where readers are installed. A receiving and put-away workflow can capture handoffs and destination locations, giving staff a traceable record to consult during stock checks without promising automatic location detection everywhere.

02

Inventory and location checks

Use handheld barcode, QR or RFID workflows to identify selected inventory and record audit findings by aisle, zone or storage point. BLE or WiFi location options may be assessed where the infrastructure supports them; teams can review live or last-detected locations only as appropriate to the configured system.

03

Dispatch and custody records

Record item identification, dispatch status and custody transfers through configurable workflows for orders, returns or inter-site movements. Staff can attach relevant files or supporting evidence to records and consult event history, with each movement entered or detected according to the selected identifiers, readers and operating process.

04

Equipment care and inspection

Maintain warehouse equipment records with scheduled maintenance, inspection or calibration workflow fields, and document completed checks for authorised teams. Barcode, QR or RFID identification can connect an equipment record to its service history; alerts, schedules and reporting require configuration and validation for the site's process.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A clearer operational record

Bring item identity, recorded movements, files and workflow events into a configurable registry teams can consult across warehouse routines.

Workflows shaped to the site

Configure receiving, put-away, dispatch, audit and equipment-care steps around the facility's chosen processes, roles and identification methods.

Visibility with realistic boundaries

Match location expectations to installed infrastructure and detection events, avoiding assumptions that every item is continuously locatable.

Technical assessment comes first.

Every warehouse implementation is proposed, not delivered, and requires technical assessment of workflows, infrastructure, connectivity, readers and security. Passive RFID responds to powered readers; GPS determines position, while cellular transports data only where coverage exists. Location behaviour depends on design. Personnel data requires consent, minimization, access controls and retention limits; no covert surveillance. Commercial enquiries go to NTABTECH.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
