01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Government teams manage equipment, records, vehicles, supplies, and controlled property across multiple departments and locations. A configurable registry can bring asset details, assigned custody, inspections, files, and movement events into a structured view, using barcodes or QR codes, RFID, BLE, WiFi, or GPS/GSM where appropriate. Workflows and access can be shaped around agency responsibilities, with reporting and audit history to support administrative review. Depending on selected technology and site infrastructure, the system may show a last-detected location or a live location; these are not interchangeable. Each sector implementation is proposed, not delivered, and must be validated through technical assessment. NTABTECH handles all commercial enquiries.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Equipment and facility inventory

Create a register for office, field, and industrial equipment, with barcode or QR identification and configurable ownership, assignment, and status fields. RFID, BLE, or WiFi options can be assessed for suitable spaces. Staff can record checks, transfers, and supporting files through agreed workflows; location visibility depends on the selected infrastructure.

02

Records and evidence custody

Register physical files or seized-property containers with identifiers, custody events, request or reservation steps, and reviewable audit history. Handheld barcode or RFID check-in/out and file-finding workflows may be assessed alongside retention controls and electronic document management. Any evidence workflow is for administrative accountability only, not investigative or tactical guidance.

03

Vehicles and operational resources

Maintain a registry for agency vehicles and other mobile resources, recording assignment, inspections, service events, and associated documentation. GPS/GSM location reporting may be considered where devices, cellular coverage, and operating requirements support it. Personnel-related tracking requires clear purpose, consent, data minimization, role-based access, and defined retention; covert surveillance is not proposed.

04

Maintenance and controlled stores

Structure maintenance, inspection, and calibration schedules for eligible equipment, and record warehouse receiving, put-away, dispatch, and audit activity. Armoury and heavy-equipment registers may include authorised personnel, custody transfer, inventory checks, maintenance records, and smart-storage options subject to assessment. These functions support administrative accountability only and provide no tactical instructions.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A more reviewable record

Bring asset details, custody changes, inspections, and supporting files into configurable registers with an audit trail for authorised administrative review.

Workflows shaped to agency needs

Configure requests, assignments, checks, and reporting around defined departmental roles instead of assuming one process fits every agency.

Technology selected by context

Assess identifiers and location methods against asset type, site layout, coverage, privacy obligations, and operational constraints before implementation.

Technical assessment comes first.

Every government-sector deployment described here is proposed, not delivered. Technical assessment must confirm asset and workflow scope, site infrastructure, location requirements, coverage, device and reader suitability, security, integrations, privacy, consent, retention, and agency approvals. GPS/GSM depends on cellular coverage for data transport; satellite communications are unconfirmed and require separate assessment. All commercial enquiries go to NTABTECH.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
