01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Healthcare facilities coordinate shared equipment, incoming supplies and administrative records across departments, storage areas and service schedules. NTABTECH proposes adapting TrackerIoT’s configurable registry and workflow capabilities to help teams record assets, document custody, and review maintenance or inspection activity. Depending on the selected identification method and installed infrastructure, a record may show a last-detected location or a live location; these are not equivalent and must be assessed for each site. Barcode or QR codes, RFID, BLE, WiFi or GPS/GSM may be considered where appropriate. This is a proposed sector application, not a delivered NTABTECH project or a clinical system. Any deployment requires technical assessment, privacy safeguards and agreed operating procedures. Commercial enquiries are handled by NTABTECH.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Shared equipment registry

Create a configurable register for movable, non-clinical equipment such as transport chairs, pumps or diagnostic devices. Barcode, QR or RFID identification can support inventory checks and custody updates; BLE or WiFi location options depend on site infrastructure and assessment. No medical diagnostic function is implied.

02

Maintenance and inspection records

Associate equipment records with maintenance, inspection and calibration schedules, then document completed actions and supporting files. Teams can review due items and history through configured workflows. The system records administrative information only; service intervals and clinical suitability remain the responsibility of qualified facility personnel.

03

Supply receiving and stock movement

Record healthcare supply deliveries and warehouse movements through receiving, put-away, dispatch and audit workflows. Barcode or RFID scans can capture handling events where compatible readers and labels are available. The proposed workflow supports inventory accountability; it does not establish product quality, sterility or clinical suitability.

04

Administrative file tracking

Track the check-in, check-out, request, reservation and return of physical administrative files using barcodes or RFID. A configured register can support find-a-file searches, retention lifecycle steps and audit history. Electronic document management or storage requires separate configuration and privacy review before use with sensitive records.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A clearer asset register

Bring equipment records, assignments and supporting files into configurable workflows, helping authorised teams review recorded custody and inventory activity in one place.

Traceable operational activity

Document receiving, movement, maintenance and file transactions with auditable history, subject to appropriate access controls and consistent staff procedures.

Infrastructure-led choices

Select identification and location methods only after assessing facility layout, connectivity, workflows, privacy obligations and operational requirements.

Technical assessment comes first.

Healthcare applications are proposed and subject to technical assessment; NTABTECH does not represent them as delivered projects. Validate facility connectivity, reader and tag suitability, data access, privacy, consent where relevant, minimization, retention and operating procedures before deployment. Location may be last-detected or live depending on infrastructure. GPS determines position; cellular transports data when coverage exists. Satellite communications are unconfirmed and require separate assessment. No covert surveillance, medical diagnostic function or certification claim is made. Commercial enquiries go to NTABTECH.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
