01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Logistics depends on knowing which equipment and inventory is available, where it was last recorded, and who is responsible for the next step. NTABTECH proposes configurable asset registries and workflows that can combine barcode or QR identification, RFID, BLE, Wi-Fi, or GPS/GSM according to the asset and operating environment. Teams may use them to document warehouse receiving, put-away, dispatch, transfers, returns, inspections, and audits, with records, files, and reports in one operational view. Location information may be live or last-detected depending on the selected technology and site infrastructure. Every sector implementation is proposed, not delivered, and remains subject to technical assessment, including connectivity, process, security, and data-governance review.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Receiving and put-away

Register incoming pallets, reusable containers, handling equipment, or other selected inventory with barcode, QR, or RFID workflows. Record receipt, assigned storage area, and put-away status, then use handheld identification and search to support staff locating registered items within the assessed site setup.

02

Dispatch, transfer, and returns

Document dispatch, inter-site transfer, return, and custody events against a configurable registry. Scan-based checkpoints can create a traceable operational record for selected assets or consignments, while roles and workflow rules help teams capture the information required at each handoff.

03

Warehouse audits and stock visibility

Plan inventory checks and reconcile scanned identifiers against registry records. Configurable reporting can highlight recorded assignments or discrepancies for review, helping teams structure cycle counts and audits without assuming continuous location coverage or replacing existing inventory controls.

04

Fleet and equipment upkeep

Maintain records for selected vehicles, material-handling equipment, and operational tools, including maintenance, inspection, or calibration schedules and supporting files. Authorised users can document service events and review history; any live or last-detected location function depends on suitable infrastructure and assessment.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A clearer operational record

Bring registrations, assignments, handoffs, files, and inspection history into configurable records that support day-to-day logistics review.

Workflows matched to the site

Select identifiers and process steps around assessed assets, facilities, connectivity, access requirements, and existing operating procedures.

Accountable asset handling

Use role-based access and recorded custody events to support inventory control, audit preparation, and maintenance follow-up.

Technical assessment comes first.

Each logistics deployment is proposed and subject to technical assessment; it is not represented as a completed NTABTECH project. Assessment should confirm asset types, workflows, reader and tag choices, facility layout, connectivity, data access, security, and integration needs. GPS determines position; cellular transports data when coverage exists. Satellite communications are unconfirmed and require separate assessment. Passive RFID responds to powered readers. Live or last-detected location depends on the selected infrastructure. Commercial enquiries go to NTABTECH.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
