01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Manufacturing operations depend on equipment, tools, materials, and records being available where work happens. NTABTECH proposes a configurable registry and workflow approach to help teams document assets, record receiving and dispatch, schedule maintenance or inspections, and review movement history. Depending on the asset and site infrastructure, identification may use barcode or QR, RFID, BLE, WiFi, or GPS/GSM; location may show a last detection or a live position where the available infrastructure supports it. Each deployment would be designed around the facility’s processes, connectivity, access rules, and reporting needs. Sector implementations are proposed, not delivered, and require technical assessment before any solution scope or location capability is confirmed.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Production equipment registry

Create a shared register for production machinery, tools, and supporting equipment, with identifiers, ownership, files, and assignment history. Barcode or QR scans and, where suitable, RFID or BLE can support identification and recorded handoffs; the chosen method depends on equipment and site assessment.

02

Maintenance and inspection coordination

Configure maintenance, inspection, and calibration workflows for eligible assets, capturing due dates, completed checks, evidence, and follow-up actions. Teams can review an asset’s history and supporting files. This is administrative workflow support, not a prediction of condition or a guarantee of equipment performance.

03

Warehouse and material movements

Record receiving, put-away, internal transfers, dispatch, and inventory audits using barcode or QR workflows, with RFID considered where technically appropriate. Registry events can make handoffs and exceptions easier to review without assuming continuous visibility or a particular location accuracy.

04

Mobile equipment and site logistics

Register vehicles, heavy equipment, and other mobile assets with custody, inspection, and movement records. GPS/GSM may be assessed for position reporting where equipment, coverage, and operating conditions support it; GPS determines position, while cellular carries data when coverage exists.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A clearer asset record

Bring identifiers, assignments, files, and movement history together in a configurable registry that reflects local operating procedures.

More consistent workflows

Give receiving, dispatch, audits, and planned checks documented steps, accountable handoffs, and reviewable records.

Visibility matched to the site

Choose identification and location methods only after assessing infrastructure, connectivity, asset type, and operational requirements.

Technical assessment comes first.

Every manufacturing application described here is proposed, not a delivered NTABTECH project, and is subject to technical assessment. Assessment must confirm asset types, reader and tag suitability, facility layout, connectivity and coverage, data flows, integration needs, security, user roles, and retention. Passive RFID responds to powered readers; it does not provide continuous self-reporting. GPS determines position and cellular transports data when coverage exists. No accuracy, range, battery, or certification guarantee is implied. Satellite communications are unconfirmed and would require separate assessment. Commercial enquiries go to NTABTECH.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
