01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Fleet operations depend on knowing which vehicles and supporting equipment are registered, assigned, available for work, or due for attention. NTABTECH can propose a configurable tracking and inventory solution, subject to technical assessment, using suitable barcode or QR labels, RFID, BLE, WiFi, or GPS/GSM components. Teams can maintain asset records, document custody and assignment changes, and organise inspection and maintenance workflows with associated files and reports. Location visibility depends on the selected technology and installed infrastructure: GPS determines position, while cellular networks transport data when coverage is available. The solution is intended to support operational coordination and administrative accountability—not driver surveillance. All deployments described here are proposals, not completed NTABTECH projects.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Vehicle registry and assignment

Create a configurable register for vehicles and related fleet equipment, with identifiers, files, condition notes, and assignment records. Authorised staff can document handovers and update status through defined workflows, giving operations and administrative teams a shared reference without assuming that location is continuously available.

02

Location-aware fleet visibility

Where the technical design and infrastructure support it, GPS/GSM may be assessed for vehicle position and data transfer, while other supported methods can provide last-detected or local visibility. Define access and reporting around operational needs; coverage, device configuration, and deployment conditions determine what information can be captured.

03

Inspection and maintenance records

Associate inspection schedules, maintenance events, calibration records where relevant, and supporting files with each registered vehicle or equipment item. Configurable workflows can help teams record work performed, outstanding attention, and review history; the system does not itself diagnose mechanical condition or certify roadworthiness.

04

Depot and dispatch control

Use barcode or QR workflows, and assess RFID where appropriate, to document receiving, parking or put-away, dispatch, returns, and periodic audits at fleet depots. Defined scans and handovers can support inventory reconciliation and assignment history without promising automatic detection outside reader or network coverage.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A clearer fleet register

Bring vehicle records, assignments, files, and status updates into configurable workflows that teams can review and report against.

More traceable handovers

Record custody and depot movements through authorised check-in, check-out, dispatch, and audit steps tied to identified assets.

Maintenance information in context

Keep inspection and maintenance history alongside vehicle records, supporting planned administrative follow-up without implying automated diagnosis.

Technical assessment comes first.

Every fleet implementation is proposed and subject to technical assessment; NTABTECH makes no claim of completed fleet deployments. Assessment should confirm vehicle and equipment types, workflows, site conditions, connectivity, privacy controls, and suitable identification and location methods. GPS determines position; cellular transports data when coverage exists. Satellite communications are unconfirmed and require separate assessment. No accuracy, range, battery, or certification guarantees are made.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
