Asset and records visibility

A clearer view of branch assets

A proposed approach to registering, locating and maintaining selected banking equipment and physical files. Configurable workflows can support custody, service records and audits, subject to technical assessment and each institution’s controls.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBILITIES

Visibility with purpose.

Banks coordinate equipment and records across branches, offices, service areas and storage locations. NTABTECH proposes adapting partner-supported inventory and file-tracking capabilities to help teams maintain a configurable register, record custody changes, find selected items, and organise maintenance, inspection and audit activity. Depending on the chosen labels, readers, connectivity and site setup, records may show a last-detected location or a live location where the infrastructure supports it. Potential scope includes office and industrial equipment, warehouse stock and physical files; it does not assume access to core banking systems or customer data. Each sector application remains proposed until technical assessment confirms fit, operating procedures, privacy controls and deployment requirements. Commercial enquiries are handled by NTABTECH.

02 / PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Designed around
the way you work.

Proposed applications. Technology, coverage and workflows are validated through a technical assessment.

01

Branch and office equipment

Create a configurable register for selected office and service equipment, with barcode or QR identification and optional RFID or other location technologies subject to assessment. Record assignment, movement, inspection and maintenance events so authorised staff can consult an item's history across participating sites.

02

Physical banking files

A proposed file workflow can register physical folders, record barcode or RFID check-in and check-out, handle requests or reservations, and support handheld find-a-file searches. Retention lifecycle and audit records can be configured to align with the institution's approved records-management policies.

03

Stores and internal logistics

Track selected supplies or equipment through receiving, put-away, dispatch and audit steps using configurable registry and workflow records. Barcode, QR or RFID methods can be evaluated for each store and process; the design does not presume integration with banking, payment or procurement platforms.

04

Maintenance and inspection records

Maintain service, inspection and calibration schedules for eligible equipment, with records and supporting files attached to the relevant register entry. Teams can document status and completed checks through configured workflows; any equipment-specific requirements and record retention rules need confirmation during assessment.

03 / A STRONGER OPERATIONAL PICTURE

A configurable register

Bring selected equipment and file records into a structured registry, with fields and workflows adapted to approved banking procedures and site requirements.

Traceable custody and activity

Record authorised check-in, check-out, assignment, movement and service events to support operational review and administrative audit, subject to access controls.

Location information with context

Use last-detected or live location views only where the selected technology and site infrastructure support them; assess coverage and limitations before deployment.

Technical assessment comes first.

All banking-sector applications described here are proposals, not completed NTABTECH deployments or confirmed partner banking implementations. A technical assessment must verify use case fit, labels and readers, connectivity, site conditions, integration needs, data governance, access and retention controls. GPS determines position; cellular transports data where coverage exists. Satellite communications are unconfirmed and subject to assessment. Passive RFID responds to powered readers. Personnel data must be minimised, access-controlled and retained only as approved; no covert surveillance. NTABTECH handles all commercial enquiries.

All visuals and records in this experience are illustrative. Location is a recorded detection or sample GPS event, not a guarantee of continuous live positioning.
